Netherlands international winger Ibrahim Afellay was officially presented as an FC Barcelona player on Friday following his 3 million euro move from Dutch Eredivisie side PSV Eindhoven. The four and a half year deal will see PSV receive a percentage of any fee that Afellay is sold for and Barça play them in their centenary match in 2013.
